Wildwood Families: Monday, August 23rd is the first day for students. Our doors open at 7:35 am for car riders. Volleyball tryouts will run August 17th-19th from 3:00-5:00 pm. You must have a WVSSA physical on file or with you at tryouts.

Students schedules for the 2021-2022 school year are available for pickup on Tuesday August 10 and Wednesday, August 11 from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

One final reminder about 6th Grade Mustang Academy (Orientation). It takes place tomorrow, Tuesday, August 3rd and Wednesday, August 4th from 8:30-11:30. The robots have taken over the JCS Summer Experience!! These future engineers and scientists made some great projects this week. We've had a lot of fun learning with STEM!





Thanks to Appalachian Storyteller Adam Booth, who visited the JCS Summer Experience Tuesday. He spoke to students and staff about our wild and wonderful state and region!

JCS Summer Experience Middle school students got a chance to learn with Sergeant Conway and K-9 Bandit from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department on Wednesday. We really appreciate them stepping up to help make this a great summer for kids!


Congratulations to our own Transportation Supervisor, Heather Pindell! She has just been named as one of the 10 finalists for the 2021-2022 West Virginia School Service Personnel of the Year! Heather goes above and beyond for students and her co-workers. Join us in celebrating this recognition!


Congratulations to Wildwood Middle School FFA Member Grace Ott! Last week, Grace competed in the State Prepared Public Speaking contest and took first place with her speech outlining the profound differences between "Animal Rights" and "Animal Welfare." Join us in celebrating her hard work!
